The Marshall County Retired Senior Volunteer Program (MCRSVP) enables men and women to contribute their talents and skills learned over a lifetime to their communities through volunteer service. MCRSVP enhances the lives of the volunteers and those whom they serve and provides communities with valuable service that impacts community needs.
