Volunteers are quick to point out that they gain by giving. Through
RSVP projects the benefits of volunteer efforts are two-fold: local
communities are able to provide valuable services which they could not
afford without RSVP members - while at the same time older
volunteers can share the talents and skills they have developed over a
lifetime in their new careers as RSVP volunteers.
