Education Volunteers

Some volunteers choose to explore education opportunities by serving
as a reading buddy or mentor for an at risk child or youth, working in
adult education or teaching English as a second language, helping in
public libraries, with heritage skills or the arts council.

- Assist with GED or ESL classes.
- Help in public and school libraries.
- Be a museum guide.
- Teach in the senior computer lab.
- Usher, take tickets, build sets, or make costumes for the Whole
Backstage.
- Be a job tutor.
